Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By engaging Mokoena Fortified Holdings, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Mokoena Fortified Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("MFH", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or making payment, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any order or payment. These Terms apply to all services including company registration, compliance certificates, funding documents, graphic design, websites and social media.

2. Our Services

  • Company Registration: CIPC registration of private companies, name reservations and related filings
  • Compliance Certificates: Tax clearance, B-BBEE affidavits, annual returns and share certificates
  • Funding Documents: Business proposals and business plans
  • Design & Branding: Logos, corporate identity and marketing collateral
  • Websites: Website and e-commerce development, care plans and hosting
  • Social Media: Content creation, management and advertising

3. Quotations and Orders

Prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR). Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once you place it and payment is received or arranged.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed. We accept PayFast (card, Instant EFT, SnapScan), manual EFT and other arranged methods. Government fees payable to CIPC, SARS and other bodies are included where stated and are non-refundable once submitted.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect delivery timelines.

6. Delivery and Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Timelines involving third parties (such as CIPC and SARS) are subject to their processing times, which are beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final design deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and only use it to deliver the services you have requested, in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed and non-recoverable government fees remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
